Castello Conti Boca DOC 1987The rarest of Nebbiolo wines and a testament to longevity and the history of Boca DOC (and Alto Piemonte). We are exceedingly fortunate to have access to a handful of wines made by Ermanno Conti direct from the cellar. Ermannos Boca wines had a short maceration of 2 weeks and 10 years of different ageing stages (oak, perspex and 4 years in bottle) before release they are built on acidity and are simply stunning. 75% Nebbiolo, 20% Vespolina, 5% Uva
