Clear Creek Kirschwasser BrandyKirchwasser, or just "Kirsch", is one of the most classic styles of Eau De Vie, beloved in the German, Swiss, and Austrian alps, where it is a traditional shot, consumed as both an aperitif and digestif. Made from fresh whole Oregon and Washington sweet cherries, including pits, this Clear Creek Kirsch is in the classic German style.
