2023, Domaine du Pélican, ARBOIS, 'Trousseau Béranger'In 2018 the domaine took over this iconic parcel, previously farmed by Jacques Puffeney (the "Pope of Arbois"), into the Domaine du Plican fold. Jacques Puffeney created a Trousseau cuve called "Les Brangres" out of this parcel, which gained worldwide recognition amongst the Trousseau lovers.
