1949 Harley Davidson WL Flathead

This machine is part of a group of around 40 bikes I am selling from a large collection right now

The “Precision” fractional second marks around the circumference add just a bit more mid-century finesse into the overall design

I'm sure it would be running and riding with minimal effort

Here is an extremely early photo showing the front of a 1903 Orient motorcycle lined up with a couple period automobiles

The engine here is real and original

The case still retains that beautiful radial brushed finish on the lugs as well which is usually long gone and polished off
