A small bungalow sits quietly on the street as the crickets chirp

Prints come in two sizes: 11x14 and 16x20 (image size itself is slightly smaller due to white border)

but the sky is still bright with the reflection of Hollywood lights

I created this piece using dozens of thin glazes and large amounts of underlying modeling paste to create the depth of color and visceral texture

The result is reminiscent of the look of a wood block carving or scratchboard
