This 17 year old Dalmore 1997 was bottled by Douglas Laing without colouring or chill filtration from single cask 10427, a refill hogshead cask that yielded 237 bottles at a very sturdy natural cask strength of 55. 5%. A pale and potent looking mid-aged Glenfarclas that should be a little richer on malty characteristics and green fruits
Palate: A soothing light texture
yielding a total of 296 bottles at its natural cask strength of 55
