Ethiopia- Natural Sidama -Light RoastLight Roast Grade 1 naturally processed Sidama from the Ayla Bombe washing station. This coffee is grown in small plots of land and transported to the washing station for processing. Tasting notes: Dried berry, fresh stone fruit, toffee with bright lemony acidity balanced with a candy like sweetness.
