Poggio al Tesoro Mediterra Toscana Rosso 2018Varietals: 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Syrah, 30% Merlot Made by one of the great Super Tuscan producers, Mediterra is a deep and rich wine made in the Bolgheri appellation, famous for the finest Super Tuscans. Some of the Syrah is grown on the other side of the road that defines the Bolgheri appellation so this wine is technically a Toscana bottling, but in everything other than name it is Bolgheri.
