BORLOTTI BEANIEThe Borlotti Beanie is made from 100% un dyed recycled polyester. We do not color the polyester material as we have yet to develop a dye process that is environmentally friendly. So not dying the yarn allows us to use about 30% less water and avoid chemicals that would be in the dye process. We keep the moisture out with two levels of defense- one is on the exterior of the glove where we employ a PFOA free water repellency and the second is a waterproof and breathable glove inserted between the leather shell and the comfy liner
