Honey RumYorkshire Bell Heather Honey Rum. 500ml, 28%abv Beautifully smooth and packed full local Honey. We start with our premium 1 year cask aged Golden Rum. Our head mixologist creates a blend with the rare Yorkshire Bell Heather Honey. The Hives spend the winter less than a mile away from our distillery. When the weather warms the bees are then moved to their summer location, the North Yorkshire Moors. This is where they will collect the sweet tasty nectar

This is great straight up at room temperature or as a hearty addition to cocktails

We also add extra heavily charrd French oak staves to the mix

As with all our Rums this is made entirely at Twisted Roots Distillery

with their final use for our signature Rum

aged for 2 years in an ex Islay whisky cask

The Rosé colour comes entirely from the ex red wine cask ageing process

In true fashion it is kept as strong as it left the still and packaged in easy to transport unassuming jars
