You may have noticed that this box only contains a front toe piece

They have seen limited use

refinished with a great-smelling coating of tar burned in

they look like they've just popped right out of the womb

Skilom was a marketing brand created by a group of Norwegian ski industry companies to sell products overseas

and the tops polished to perfection

separately sold

enough so that you can get an idea of what the skis looked like right of the factory

The waterslide decals are almost completely unblemished

and this pair of poles is a nice example

They are not without signs of wear: one ski displays "reverse camber" - easily fixed with a trip to a sauna
