Lamb Barnsley Chops 2 x 220g per packGrilled, baked, or on a summers evening barbecued. These are versatile, delicious & wonderfully flavoursome. Try mixing a 1 4 cup of brown sugar, 3 4 cup of Balsamic vinegar and a few crushed garlic cloves together and glaze the chops. Ideally, leave for a minimum of 20 minutes to allow the glaze to sink in before cooking. The longer the better. Serve with root vegetables and mash potato.
