Night Shift Vintage 2024 - Imperial Milk Porter Aged in Pedro Ximenez & Rum Barrels with Sour Cherry & Poppy SeedWhen designing the first Imperial Milk Porter, we knew we wanted to create something very special, which we also envisioned as a fruity Night Shift batch. The condensed base beer was transferred to freshly emptied Pedro Ximnez Sherry and rum barrels for 6 months, allowing the woody notes of the barrel to enhance the base beer's cherry, poppyseed, and subtly milky chocolate flavor profile, creating this truly pastry like, full bodied batch.
