2021 San Salvatore Vetere Rosato, Campania, ItalyABOUT THIS WINE This wine takes its name from Magliano Vetere, a small town in the Cilento National Park near San Salvatore's Cannito vineyards where the organic grapes used to make this wine are grown. 6 hours of cryomaceration which is a winemaking technique in which the crushed grapes are held at sub zero temperatures in order to weaken the cellular structures in grape skins via ice crystals.
