Description

Forest AxeThis extremely durable axe is hand forged and hand ground in a foundry that has been in operation since 1697. The 2 lb head comes per sharpened and is designed and heat treated to provide an edge that will stay very sharp, even after resharpening many times. The 26" curved hickory handle is sanded smooth and treated with linseed oil. This is a really great representation of a period axe, and a perfect heirloom piece to hand down once you have finished
